Mr. H. S. Bisht, (Founder Chairman)
As an enterprising leader and result oriented person with over 35 years of experience, Mr. Bisht has a rich knowledge and expertise in areas like security operation, strategic planning, conceptualizing & implementing security plans, implementing strict measures to optimize resource/capacity utilization.As Managing Director and founder of Hoshi group of companies, he is a former Chief Security Officer of Holy Family Hospital , New Delhi and renowned figure in the field of industrial security.
Mr. Lalit Bisht, (Director)
With around 15 years of experience in Security Management, Lalit’s competency is in managing Security Operations from designing policies/guidelines, implementing Systems to highlighting security gaps.Due to extensive exposure to safety procedures, he is proficient in developing and implementing measures to mitigate identified risks and improving security network thus resolving all kinds of security problems that are commonly encountered by an organization.
With an objective of providing excellent customer service in security and Guarding, Hoshi Guards was formed in 1993 with a total manpower of 1800+ security personnel (Delhi & NCR) to implement effective safety services, including dissemination of training to staff.
A proactive leader with strong skills in planning, training and relationship management coupled with exceptional communication, presentation and inter-personal skills.
Mrs. Geeta Bisht, (Director)
With around 8 years of experience, an HR professional, started her career with a multinational firm and has in depth experience in people handling skills, administration, budget, planning, facility management, human resource management and budget management.She is an MBA in hr and look after all the administration and hr aspects of the company.
Her practical industry experience is an assert for providing tailored solution to our clients keeping in mind their needs and challenges.
